Kirsti Vartiainen
Principal harp
Kirsti Vartiainen has studied harp at the Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris as a pupil of Micheline Kahn and Catherine Michel. She also graduated from the Sibelius Academy with a Master of Music. Vartiainen has played in the Savonlinna Opera Orchestra since 1986 and has been the principal harp of the Tampere Philharmonic since 1985.
